We may request information and documentation to confirm your identity, as well as details about your business activities, sources of income and overall financial position.
We may also carry out ongoing monitoring throughout our relationship with you to ensure that the information we hold remains accurate and up to date.
We are legally required to report any knowledge or suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing to the appropriate authorities. Where such a report is made, we are not permitted to inform you.
These legal obligations may override our duty of confidentiality in certain circumstances.
