Terms & Conditions
1. The Promoter
This prize draw is being run and administered by Pocknells LLP (“the Promoter”) at The Deal Room during Ideas Fest 2026.
Promoter address: Pocknells, Henry Brake House, 46 Hullbridge Road, South Woodham Ferrers, CM3 5NG.
2. The Prize
One winner will receive one Apple iPad 2025, 11-inch, Wi-Fi, 128GB.
The colour of the iPad is not specified and will be selected by the Promoter, subject to availability.
The prize consists of the iPad only. Any additional accessories, subscriptions, services or other items are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash or other alternative will be offered.
If the specified model becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a replacement of equivalent or greater value.
3. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Pocknells LLP, Pocknells Wealth Management and Antares Finance, their immediate families, and anyone professionally associated with the administration of the prize draw.
Clients of any of the participating businesses are eligible to enter.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter the prize draw, entrants must visit The Deal Room at Ideas Fest 2026 during the entry period and either:
- Place their business card containing sufficient contact information into the designated prize draw container; or
- Complete a prize draw entry form with their name and email address and place it into the designated prize draw container.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring that the contact information provided is accurate and legible.
There is a maximum of one entry per person. Submitting both a business card and an entry form, or submitting multiple business cards or forms, will not result in additional entries.
Entries that do not contain sufficient information to identify and contact the entrant may be excluded from the draw.
5. Opening and Closing Dates
The prize draw opens at 10:00 (UK time) on Wednesday 9th September 2026.
Entries must be received by 17:00 (UK time) on Thursday 10th September 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be included.
6. Selecting the Winner
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the prize draw period.
The draw will take place on Monday 14th September 2026 using a verifiably random selection process or under independent supervision.
7. Notification and Claiming the Prize
The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided with their entry following the draw on Monday 14th September 2026.
The winner must respond and provide any information reasonably required to verify their eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize within 14 days of the Promoter’s first attempt to contact them.
If the winner does not respond within this period, cannot be contacted using the details provided, is found to be ineligible or is otherwise unable to accept the prize, they will forfeit the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
Any alternative winner will also be required to respond within 14 days of the Promoter’s first attempt to contact them.
The Promoter reserves the right to repeat this process until an eligible winner accepts the prize.
8. Delivery of the Prize
Once the winner’s eligibility and required delivery details have been confirmed, the Promoter will arrange for the prize to be delivered to the winner at a UK address provided by them.
The Promoter will bear the reasonable standard cost of delivering the prize to the winner within the UK.
The Promoter will not be responsible for delays in delivery caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
The winner may be required to provide their full name, postal address and other information reasonably necessary to arrange delivery of the prize.
9. Changes or Cancellation
The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the prize draw where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
Any changes will only be made where reasonably necessary and will not unfairly disadvantage entrants who have already entered.
If circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control mean that the advertised prize cannot be provided, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equivalent or greater value.
10. Entries
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged, illegible, incomplete or otherwise unable to be included in the draw due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that it reasonably believes are fraudulent, duplicated, submitted in an attempt to circumvent the one-entry limit, or otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
11. Winner Announcement
The Promoter may announce the winner on its website or social media channels after the winner has been contacted and confirmed their acceptance of the prize.
The Promoter will make information available where required to demonstrate that a valid award has taken place, in accordance with applicable promotional marketing rules and data protection requirements.
12. Personal Data
Any personal information provided in connection with the prize draw will be used for the purposes of administering the prize draw, selecting and contacting the winner, verifying eligibility and arranging delivery of the prize.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s applicable privacy policy and data protection law.
Entry into this prize draw will not automatically subscribe entrants to marketing communications.
Where entrants are separately given the opportunity to consent to receiving marketing communications, that consent is optional and is not a condition of entry into the prize draw.
13. Ideas Fest and Apple
This prize draw is being run independently by Pocknells LLP and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Apple Inc. or the organisers of Ideas Fest, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Apple and the organisers of Ideas Fest have no responsibility or liability in connection with the administration of the prize draw.
14. General
By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter’s decisions regarding the administration of the prize draw are final, subject to applicable law and regulation.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
